Heath joins Pharmacal from Fleet Farm, headquartered in Appleton, where he served as the Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer. Previously, he served as the Chief Merchandising Officer at True Value Hardware Stores. Heath also spent 10 years at The Scotts Company, in a variety of roles of escalating responsibility. He has a track record of growing sales and margins, optimizing company performance and building strong teams within a great culture.
Heath resides in West Bend with his wife Heidi, and their children, Ava and Charlotte.
