Ray brings over 30 years of experience to Pharmacal across a wide range of disciplines including Production, Facilities, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain, amongst others. He has significant experience working in FDA regulated and CGMP environments and understands how to implement lean manufacturing principles, drive continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiencies.
Recently, Ray led all Operational functions for Equii Foods, an innovative protein flour company focused on making everyday foods such as breads and pastas more nutritious and better tasting. Prior, Ray was the Manufacturing and Facilities Leader for Medtronic, a leading global medical technology company that develops, manufactures, and distributes medical devices. Prior to his time at Medtronic, Ray managed all off-shifts at Catalent Pharma Solutions, a multibillion-dollar contract manufacturer that partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consumer health companies to develop and launch new products, along with full-cycle ongoing supply.
Ray graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biological Sciences. Ray lives in Fox Lake, IL with his wife and has two daughters, Samantha and Caleigh.
